DOWGILL BARN - TERMS & CONDITIONS.
Please read the below carefully making sure that these are acceptable to you.
1. Telephone or email reservations are accepted subject to receipt by the Owners of a one third deposit and a completed booking form. The deposit is non-refundable. Reservations will be provisionally held for a few days until the deposit/full payment is received.
2. On receipt of your deposit you will be sent confirmation of your reservation.
3. The balance of the rental, plus a £100 returnable Damage Deposit must be paid at least 28 days before the commencement of the booking. We reserve the right to re-book the property if the balance is not received on time.
4. If you find it necessary to cancel your holiday please inform us in writing. If we manage to re-let the property the balance of the rental plus the damage deposit will be refunded. We recommend that you take out holiday insurance to protect you in the event of cancellation and other insurable events.
5. The property is offered on the basis that no more than six (6) people stay and use the property at any one time.
6. The property will be available from 4pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated before 10am on the day of departure.
7. Please leave the property clean and tidy. This applies to all of the equipment and utensils that are provided. Please note that the person named on the booking form will be liable for the cost of any breakages or damage to the property. The cost of such additional cleaning, loss or damage will be deducted from the damage deposit; liability in this respect is not limited to the amount of the damage deposit.
8. No liability is accepted for any loss, damage or injury to any persons staying at the property or to their possessions including any vehicle or contents.
9. If for any reason whatsoever the property is not available on the date booked all advance payment (deposit, balance and damage deposit) will be refunded in full and the hirer shall have no further claims against the owners.
10. We operate a No Smoking policy throughout Dowgill Barn and Dowgill Farm. Please conform to this policy.
11. No pets are allowed on the property.
12. One high chair and one travel cot are available on request. Please note that linen is not provided with the cot.
13. Bed linen is provided and beds will be made up before arrival. Towels for use in the property are also provided.
